Meditation Courses

Introductory session (by appointment) 1.5 hours Rs500

Courses: 2 sessions daily for 3 or more days.

Courses include an introduction to the practice, 2 daily meditation sittings with personal postural advice and meditation tips plus time for questions etc.

Each session is approx 1 hour with 2 x 20 minutes silent meditation and a walking meditation (kin-hin) between sittings.

Introduction would be at a convenient time and date for you -then:
Mornings 7am. Evening 5pm 

Daily ‘drop-in’ meditation sittings, morning and  evenings : by donation: suggested amount Rs100
